The material we source is from suppliers / dealers of reputed manufacturer with chemical certification validated from NABL certified lab.

Material

Strong vendor base for raw-material like Bar, Forging and Casting. We machine parts both ferrous and Non ferrous.

Surface Treatment

We have a tie-up with best surface treatment facilities for Blackoxidising, Galvanizing, Sand blasting and Chrome plating.

Heat Treatment

We have a tie-up with best heat treatment facilities for Nitriding, Carburizing, Vaccum Hardening and Induction hardening.

Allied Operations

We have a very well establish vendor base and tie-up for allied machining operations like Roughing, Broaching, Honing, Cylindrical and Centreless Grinding.

CNC Machines

We machine parts using advance CNC machines sourced from best machine tool supplier. The components are machined as per specification mentioned in the drawing provided by the customer.
